Practitioner advisory for execution in high-stakes transformation

Four engagements. One method.

Every engagement follows the same spine: diagnose, translate, design, hold. And none of them ends on a date. They end when the behaviour holds.

01

The Execution Diagnostic

4 to 6 weeks, fixed fee, agreed before we begin

Start here. We watch how work actually happens along your transformation's critical path. You get the unwritten rules we find, a baseline of the behaviours your business case depends on, and a map of where your current setup produces the stall. The diagnostic stands alone. You can take it and act without us.

BEST FOR

A sound plan, stalling anyway

DURATION

4 to 6 weeks, fixed fee

What the Execution Diagnostic measures: decision cycle time, escalations, exceptions granted and meeting load against decision output
Diagram showing how decision rights, forums, leadership signals and accountability produce behaviour

02

Mechanism Redesign

4 to 6 months, scoped from what the diagnostic found

The core engagement. We make decision rights explicit, rebuild forums so they decide instead of report, prepare your leaders for the credibility tests we know are coming, and put one name against every shared outcome. It ends when the baseline indicators hold, and not before.

BEST FOR

When the diagnostic has found the stall

DURATION

4 to 6 months, by milestone

03

Stewardship

A quarterly rhythm, 12-month minimum

What we build together decays by default. Stewardship asks one honest question each quarter: are the mechanisms still producing the behaviour, and where is the old world creeping back? We tune the system, we never run it.

BEST FOR

After a redesign, as new leaders and strategies arrive

DURATION

Quarterly rhythm, 12-month minimum

Stewardship: a quarterly loop asking whether the mechanisms are still producing the behaviour and where the old world is creeping back
Teaching and facilitation in three moves: read the case, recognise the unwritten rules, relate them to your own meetings

04

Teaching & Facilitation

Case-based sessions built on our case library

Our featured case, Culture as a Strategic Lever, is the anchor. Your leaders read about an organisation that is never theirs, and somehow always is. It lets people recognise a pattern without having to defend themselves from it.

BEST FOR

Leadership forums and wider leadership groups, between engagements or as a first encounter with the method

DURATION

Single sessions or a series

Not sure which door you are standing at?

Most clients call after the stall. The best engagements start before it. Either way, the first conversation is the same: what is at stake, and what have you already tried?
