Most advisors hold one link of the chain. We hold the chain.
Ask a culture consultant where culture lives and you will hear about values. Ask us, and we will ask to sit in your Tuesday meeting. Visionary Influence brings together three disciplines that usually live in separate firms: ways of working, organisational behaviour and leadership advisory. Any one of these you can buy elsewhere. It is the combination that moves the pattern.
THE PRACTITIONER
The experience behind this practice comes from both seats at the table.
Twenty-five years were spent on the operating side of the business: P&L responsibility, commercial strategy across more than thirty countries, and technology and cultural transformations inside global logistics and consumer brands. That is where the pattern was first learned, from the inside, at the level where a strategy either becomes daily behaviour or quietly does not.
Then came the other side of the table. More than 3,500 hours advising leaders and their teams, up to C-suite, across technology, financial services, logistics, energy and consumer goods. Different industries, the same stall: capable people, a sound plan, and a culture still working for the old business.
That combination is the point. The practice is led by someone who has carried the number and has also been the outside voice in the room, and who knows how different those two vantage points make the same problem look.
The argument the practice makes is the argument that experience produced: leaders do not need another framework. They need to see what they are actually building.
WHAT DRIVES US
OUR VISION
Organisations that take culture as seriously as they take strategy. Not in values statements, but in the decisions, forums, accountabilities and leadership signals through which work actually happens, so that high-stakes transformations stop losing committed value to behaviours nobody designed.
OUR MISSION
Visionary Influence exists to protect committed value in high-stakes transformation. We translate strategies, deal theses and business cases into the named behaviours they depend on. We surface the unwritten rules that rationally defend the organisation's old shape. We redesign the mechanisms that produce behaviour: decision rights, forums, leadership signals and accountability architecture. And we prepare leaders for the watched moments in which new norms are established or destroyed. We work as practitioners inside the client's operating rhythm, we baseline before we claim, and we leave the client running a system that no longer needs us.
